Waba and JDK 1.4 Compiler
Sun's JDK 1.4 compiler is different from previous Java compilers.
Specifically, Sun changed the way fields are referenced in compiled
bytecode. This causes the WabaVM to give a 'field not found' error
when running programs compiled with the JDK 1.4 compiler. You can use:
javac -target 1.1 ...
when compiling with the JDK 1.4 compiler to fix the problem.
Mobile Database Software
IMobile Technology has developed IMDB, software that incorporates Waba for Windows CE
and adds lots of database functionality, XML, charting and more.
